[BUG] httpx time out at 5 seconds

Wonderful package. very easy to convert my FastAPIs to MCP.

But facing an issue with my long running tasks ....they sometimes runs for upto 3 minutes but getting an httpx timeout in about 5 secs,. Might be that the httpx timeout might be at default of 5 seconds in the package. Would be great to have a timeout config setting

i have the same issue, when using fastapi-mcp and smolagents.
But it has very strange behavior. Sometimes when i use the same function with the same input in mcp-server i have this error httpx.ReadTimeout and sometimes not and everything is ok.
I dunno why this happening..
