SteVe does not send user notification per email on charging session related events with version 3.9.0

I configured a user with a valid tag for the notification with a valid mail address.

The today transaction of the user did not result in any notification emails. How can I debug this?

The mail configuration from "settings" are correct and work for the global notifications. Events like connector x is faulted were sent.

does ocpp tag 829870ab exist in your database in this exact form?
