现在实现Callout的方式有很多，除了Savor Callout插件，最近又出了思源自定义引述块，还有主题自带的Callout，js代码做的[js][css] callout ，支持折叠、自定义标题、补全，等各种Callout实现，但实现方式并不统一，还存在潜在的冲突，希望能有个官方的实现方式。

实现方式是基于引述块加自定义属性吗？

设想就是类似 github 这个语法，不同点是 > [!NOTE] 后面可以跟自定义文本，比如

Notion 和 Obsidian 都叫 callout，已经是业内通行的叫法了，我们也统一吧

我认为没必要特意区分，毕竟是同类的功能，就应该用相同的名称
