This adds the BUILD_OPTIONAL_EXAMPLES cmake flag. examples/gl_compute/shader_naive_scan_cli will compile only with BUILD_OPTIONAL_EXAMPLES=ON. This avoids making libgbm a standard dependency of mathplot.
