My GitHub Sponsors application has been pending for several months. I submitted it in the end of August for my account @axelande. Could anyone please check the status or let me know if any additional information is required?

Sponsor reviews can take a while, and the community can’t see the status from our side. The quickest way to get an update is to ping GitHub Support.

You can open a ticket here: https://support.github.com/contact

Just pick a fitting category, mention your username and when you applied. They can check if anything is missing or still waiting in the queue.

I've tried to find some alternative there to contact the support, but it ends up in a loop where I write my question in a form and submit it, then CoPilot will analyse the question give a points and at the end:

Contact GitHub Support with the following details
Tell Support your GitHub username (@axelande), the approximate date you submitted the Sponsors application (end of August), and that you’re seeing a prolonged pending state and believe it may be related to payment method authorization.
Include whether you’ve received any emails from GitHub Sponsors requesting info and confirm which email address is on your GitHub account.
Why I’m recommending Support: the docs explain how sponsorship billing and payment methods work but do not show an internal status page or provide a way for us (or you) to programmatically force review completion. For account-specific pending application investigations, GitHub Support must access internal review records.
