Copilot doesn't recognize my budget upgrades. does not allow me to use Premium models.

I continue to get this message, "You have exceeded your premium request allowance. We have automatically switched you to GPT-4.1 which is included with your plan. Enable additional paid premium requests to continue using premium models.", in vs code when I try to use a different model. I increased my budget, yesterday 10-13-2025, but it is not recognizing the upgrade. I have tried reloading the window, signing out and back in, Disabling the extension and re-enabling it but nothing seems to work. I opened a ticket with github support still waiting to hear back so I thought I would try this to see if I get a quicker response.
