Cant complete my application to some weird error, has no code error or name #173369

Hi everyone,
i complete all the application and put in my student id but when i click submit it just shows this warning sign with nothing written.
i have filled all my required info in github settings and all. Does anyone know how i can complete my application?

Hi @said-17x, Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688 If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Other" and explain your problem.
