can not connect to mysql 8.4.3

Hi guys,
I'm using mysql shipped with openresty-1.27.1.1-win64. which can connect to mysql server 8.2.0, but failed to connect to 8.4.3 server.
in both cases the auth plugin are caching_sha2_password.
how does this happen? many thanks.

You can use wireshark to capture the packets. And compare the difference between the two cases.
