Make new (and more frequent) release(s)?

**Describe the bug**
While social works fine on FreeBSD, it cannot be built on that platform due to its build-time dependency on Cypress. This makes it very difficult to "join the party" and help out.

Would it be possible to produce builds more frequently, given that the current latest build does not work at all on current Nextcloud versions?
