Don't print irrelevant where clauses

The Use camelCase and Avoid capitalisms hints will print where clauses even though they are irrelevant to the hint, e.g.,

src/Hint/NameHelpers.hs:(31,1)-(35,83): Ignore: Avoid capitalisms
