chore(model gallery): add huihui-qwen3-vl-30b-a3b-instruct-abliterated

Description

This pull request adds a new model entry to the gallery/index.yaml file, expanding the available quantized models for users. The main change is the introduction of the "huihui-qwen3-vl-30b-a3b-instruct-abliterated" model, including its metadata, file references, and download URLs.

New model addition:

• Added a new model block for huihui-qwen3-vl-30b-a3b-instruct-abliterated, including its name, description, Hugging Face URLs, and overrides for mmproj and model parameters.
• Listed two associated files with their SHA256 checksums and Hugging Face URIs: Huihui-Qwen3-VL-30B-A3B-Instruct-abliterated-Q4_K_M.gguf and mmproj/mmproj-Huihui-Qwen3-VL-30B-A3B-F16.gguf.
