Summary of Changes
After #45624 and #46034 some people asked for a copy function for child templates. This PR adds this functionallity.
Testing Instructions
Go to the template Manager (System => Site Templates)
Check the new child template (Edit it)
Make a copy of the child template
Check if new styles are there
(optional) Also check if you still can create child templates from e.g. cassiopeia and make copy of normal templates without child-support.
