idea: MCP Server Elicitation support

Problem Statement

Support MCP core feature elicitation for dynamic user input prompts while using tools. This would open up a bunch of powerful scenarios.

E.g. Search for something with a fixed input schema - and then drill down dynamically on the result-set through user-prompts (surfaced by elicitation) for more fine-grained results.
