This PR implements the control type "Subtree Delete", see https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-armijo-ldap-treedelete-02 for detailed informations on this.
This replaces PR #346 , as the author unfortunately doesn't respond / seems to be inactivate looking at his GitHub profile
