Fuzzy is no longer a limitation

Looks like fuzzy text search was removed from product, so it's no longer a limitation for convex-test, and should be removed from docs here:

https://docs.convex.dev/testing/convex-test#limitations

The convex-test behavior could be more closely aligned with the real backend now.
