k8s icon lookup was broken

Describe the bug:

issuing a build command with the k8s flow is failing to find the app icon, though it is present in the source:

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Get latest (develop) Fyne-cross - this started since 875dc4a
2. Run any k8s build command
3. See error

• OS: k8s virtualisation 1.31 control plane
• Version: n/a
• Go version:
• fyne-cross version: various, not a problem at 875dc4a160a, is an issue on master now.
• Fyne version: 2.5.6, 2.6.1, 2.6.2

Oops, I previously found the case: c870d6b

it is now backed out until we can re-add it without breaking k8s
