config.json doesn't save

I had an issue where my token wasn't being saved to config.json. Actually, config.json wasn't being created at all. I manually added my token to /Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Workflow Data/eknkc.pinboard/config.json and it worked.

/Library/Caches/com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred-2/Workflow Data/eknkc.pinboard/bookmarks.json was created with no problem.

Also, the folder /Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Workflow Data/eknkc.pinboard/ was created, but config.json was not.
