Bug: select image not working for external webook pipeline.

it bugs out when user selects "select image" button in CD pipeline for external CD pipeline.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. select "deploy image from external source" in new workflow and create new CD pipeline.
2. go to build and deploy and select "select image button" for above pipeline.
3. it will throw "bad gateway".

👍 Expected behavior

instead of bad gateway artifacts should be visible.

RCA: for external webhook, ci workflow is not created in our database as we are not creating CI pipeline. We have not added check for this and were fetching workflow for this due to which code was panicking.
