Allow turning the heat off

The thermostate appears to have no "off" function. Instead, when we set the thermostat to off in HomeKit, we should set a permanent adjustment to a configured "off temperature" (in my case, probably something like 55 degrees).

There is an "away mode" on the schluter website. Maybe we can integrate that into the plug as a switch? I have that on my NuHeat thermostat which quite honestly looks the same.

My recent work on this actually might help with a solution @derekprior, as I have fleshed out more of the RegulationModes.

For an 'off':

• When HomeKit requests the thermostat to be turned off, the system will set a permanent adjustment to a configured "off temperature" (e.g., 55°F).
• This uses the API to send a ManualTemperature with RegulationMode: 3 (Permanent), ensuring a low energy usage mode without fully turning off the heating.
