Optimize search results by coder availability and interest

As a customer, I want search to results to be optimized to emphasize coders who are available for and interested in taking on projects, so I can more easily find potential coders.

acceptance criteria

• customers' search results should make clear a coder's availability
• coders with availability and interest should be displayed before coders without availability and interest

implementation

• analyze the coder bunker members json data, looking for information that can be used to determine availability

• customize the elasticlunr search to rank coders who score high in availability criteria above those who do not.
