[FEATURE] Add possibility to disable plugins

What's needed and why?

There's a lot of plugins added to BunkerWeb by default, that can not be removed or disabled like Amazon S3 backup. All these plugins will be shown when adding new services, and makes it quite cluttered. I understand that you want to promote Pro stuff, but for a home user this just makes the service quite cluttered and making it hard to find relevant settings to change.

Implementations ideas (optional)

You could have a plugin page where all plugins are shown, but add the function to actually disable unwanted plugins to they wont show up in the configuration for the services added. This will make it a a lot less cluttered and easier to manage. I have tried removing the plugins manually, but they will be reinstalled when restarting the service.

That would be great 😄 Would make managing the services a lot less cluttered.
