Face tag containing double-quote displays " instead

Describe the bug

When a double quote (") is found in an embedded face tag it is displayed as """ rather than being converted to a double quote for display. The behavior is manifesting on the info tab when viewing a photo, when hovering over a face and in the hover text of an image in the grid display.

This may also apply to other html entities, but I have not had occasion to test that.

Environment (please complete the following information):

PiGallery2 latest is running as a docker container without Nginx per instructions. The browser has no bearing on the behavior.

I'm not sure if I fully understand your issue. it shows as """ instead of what?

That's funny. Github converted " back to a " because I forgot to use the proper markup. Pihole2 is displaying &quote; instead of " when a " is found in a face tag.

I can try to get a screenshot later if that would help, but I don't want to post family names here so I'll have to create a new face-tagged photo without anything private first.

I have seen the same behaviour and was just creating a screenshot and test data :) rename the kat.xmp.txt to kat.xmp to get the metadata. As you can see it happens in at least two places (since it is like this in the database, see below).

Thanks. That's it exactly. It also appears that way when you click the info "i" icon and when you hover over the image in the folder view.
