[Fix][Connector-V2] Fix starrocks Content-Length header already present error

Purpose of this pull request

This PR fix stream load error when use starrocks sink. Please refer https://forum.mirrorship.cn/t/topic/496 and same error on doris #4277

hard to add test case. Unable to reproduce stably
