[Improve][Zeta] Clean checkpoint file when job FINISHED/CANCELED

Purpose of this pull request

This PR try to clean checkpoint file when job FINISHED/CANCELED. Because when job FINISHED/CANCELED, the checkpoint file will be useless.

Yes, can not find checkpoint file when job FINISHED/CANCELED
