This PR updates the vfio-manager daemonset to no longer invoke a bash script defined in a ConfigMap. The bash script has been rewritten in Go (PR) and has been updated to support Grace-based systems (PR). The Go CLI is now included in the k8s-driver-manager container image, hence this PR updates the vfio-manager daemonset to run this image as its main container.
