When I add cards to Anki, I don't have any sound issues because it's recorded with the Google tool: it's recorded like this: [sound:大官_google_zh-CN.mp3]

While I enter modules that my teacher registered with Baidu, I don't get any sound
[sound:大官_baidu_zh.mp3], I get no sound!!!

How should I configure Anki to hear the sound?

My teacher replied, "This problem is probably caused by interference from one or more add-ons that I installed on Anki. I recommend that you temporarily disable all the add-ons you are using, then try playing the audio on the modules again. Hey, thanks for opening a new issue, I appreciate it. Hmm as for your issue here, I am unable to reproduce on my side of things. Audio generated with the Baidu speech engine is rendered correctly.

But from the message your teacher sent it sounds like you maybe aren't supposed to be using this addon at all directly as part of your curriculum? Did your teacher provide you with pre-made decks? My guess is you were provided with some decks and you should import those and use them rather than creating new notes / cards.

Hello, I tried the module on a friend's Anki (version 25.07.2) and the sound works perfectly on her Anki! It's definitely my Anki settings that are causing the problem.
My teacher therefore advised me to temporarily disable all add-ons and then test the sound playback on the modules again.
I'm not familiar with Anki and don't know how to disable all the add-ons. Could I then reinstall them without any problems?
