extrafields does not have hooks on load data and save data so we can't inject extra (custom) data into the system.
these two new hooks permit such things so we could use it for example to add data on objects coming from other tables than officials extra fields (maybe doliTypology for example : data could be stored as external tables or json and injected into main object like normal extrafields so nobody have to make changes in other parts of dolibarr code)
