Update OL8 STIG id references

• Updated STIG ids for OL8 product

Rationale:

• With the newish update to allow multiple STIG IDs in the same rule, the OL8 references became outdated, this addresses that

I'm waiting for a ComplianceAsCode member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
