Note that this pushes some unrelated documentation changes introduced by `devtools::build`. fixes #54

@retaj: Note that @marvel479 suggested renaming GRCz11 to dr11 (see #54 (comment)) but I assume the former is Ensembl and the latter UCSC so chromosome names probably differ and as we pull annotation from Ensembl, I'd prefer to make that more clear by using their contig names and therefor assembly name. But feel free to do what you think is best. 😉 |
