We should be able to create knowledge base offline and upload to a cloud system

At the moment, I'm thinking of a project management co pilot tool. I want PMs to be able to query source code and kind of validate their own next steps with the code directly. For this tool, if we integrate source code, perhaps we can do it directly with github integration but if that's not possible perhaps we can do a local kb creation and then upload it to our application. Just a thought.
