Support for bm command

I understand the impossibility of supporting all LaTeX math macros in existence. However, given the GitLab-flavored markdown natively supports the \bm{} command, which behaves differently from \mathbf{}, I think it is reasonable to request that support for \bm{} be added, pretty please.
