first of all I wanna thank you a lot for this fantastic library, its so useful and elegant actually. I have an idea to add shamsi/jalali support to its datepicked and calendar components. if you agree I can contribute on developing it too.

Thank you so much, dear Pouya, for your offer. The datepickers you mentioned are really cool! However, I think there might be a small misunderstanding here. 😅

I’m aware that there are many JavaScript Jalali datepickers, and some major ones, like DayPicker, even support the Persian locale. But what I was suggesting is to add a Jalali datepicker directly to your amazing DaisyUI. I also mentioned that I’d be happy to help you with it if needed.

daisyUI is a CSS library.
A calendar datepicker works with JS.
daisyUI has styles for 3 popular date picker libraries https://daisyui.com/components/calendar/ and 2 of them can be set to use Jalali calendar.

It's not possible to directly add a JS datepicker inside a CSS file so… 😅

Ah, I see—you’re absolutely right.
I had assumed that DaisyUI included both JavaScript and CSS files like other libraries, so it’s great that you provide the entire library purely through CSS.
