I keep getting rejected ?

Hi everyone,

Hi , I live 20 min away from campus and also my dosen't have my last name but it has my image , i have other documents digitally . Should i print them out and try to submit a transcript? I can get a formal letter to show i am a student because i am . i did have a image but i removed it after i got rejected, i can put it back up, i have gotten 2 factor authentication and also added my name to the billing so i am guessing those are most likelt the reasosn i am getting rejected. I check and i think i have done the basics stuff?

TLDR not sure why i keep getting rejected ?
