Cannot reapply for Student Developer Pack – application page redirects to /pricing

Hi everyone,

Hello, GitHub Education Team.

I am trying to reapply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but the application page
https://education.github.com/discount_requests/student_application
always redirects me to https://github.com/pricing.

My previous application was denied, but the system did not reset my eligibility.
The “Start application” button is also missing from my Education benefits page, even after:
• correcting my profile name and billing name
• logging out/in
• clearing cookies
• using Incognito mode
• trying different browsers and devices
• confirming I have no other GitHub accounts

My details:
• GitHub username: volodymyr-chudovskyi
• Full name: Volodymyr Chudovskyi

This appears to be an account-level state issue that cannot be resolved automatically.
Please help me reset my application state so I can reapply.
