Pull Request missing from Pull Requests panel - have to use exact URL (pull/#number) to get the PR

Routing or displaying of a PR is broken. You need to use exact URL if you know the PR number to actually see the PR. You can't discover PRs. The Pull Request tab count number is working.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I just created two new PRs in a repo and neither show in the list of PRs. Under the list of branches, I do see that a PR exists for each of the two branches but clicking the link redirects to issue/# instead of pull/# and gives a 404.

It could be related to new PR creation only.

It was likely related to other Pull Request and general GitHub issues. Seems to be working fine now.
