I'm experiencing the same issue. I just created two new PRs in a repo and neither show in the list of PRs. Under the list of branches, I do see that a PR exists for each of the two branches but clicking the link redirects to |

It was likely related to other Pull Request and general GitHub issues. Seems to be working fine now. |

Routing or displaying of a PR is broken. You need to use exact URL if you know the PR number to actually see the PR. You can't discover PRs. The Pull Request tab count number is working.
