As far as I know, the organization members API does not provide the status (active or suspended) directly in the response. For organizations with Managed Users, the only way to identify suspended users right now is by manually checking the organization’s admin panel in GitHub Enterprise Cloud. It shows the status visually there, but unfortunately, not through the API. It’s worth keeping an eye on the official documentation and GitHub changelog, since they might add this field thanks to feedback like yours. |

Currently the organization members API (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/orgs/members?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-organization-members) returns all the members of the organziation including suspended accounts.
The user object does not have a field to indicate whether the account is active or suspended in GitHub Enterprise Cloud with Managed Users. Hence we are unable to identify whether this partiuclar user in the org consumes a license or not in the organization.
Is there any way to identify suspended users inside a github organization?
