The customer is unable to upload images on GitHub.com via the Copilot chat and they are seeing the below error message:

The message usually shows up under these circumstances:

• Organization hasn't opted into preview features (most likely)
• Using a non-multimodal model (e.g., if their org has restricted model selection or they're on an older model)
• Using a deprecated model that may have had vision capabilities removed

The image upload capability in GitHub Copilot chat on github.com is a preview feature that must be explicitly enabled by organizations/enterprises before users can access it.

For Organizations and Enterprises:

Go to Copilot in github.com settings and select "Opt in to preview features"

This is the same setting mentioned in the Copilot documentation for enabling other preview features like contextual commit messages.
