Can't activate my education plan #179308
-
Hi everyone,I am trying to activate my educational account but I keep getting denied. This are the reasons: I am very sure I am typing all the information needed correctly and giving the my student card ID and the year I am currently in with photos. I've also change my github profile name to match my affiliation document and also the billing information . What might be the problem. Could it be that my handwriting is very bad or am I missing something? Is there other way to contact someone for this issue? |

Hi @alekszlat, Since your native language uses the Cyrillic alphabet, I recommend translating your transcript into English and then filling in your billing info and GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |
