Unicorn when loading somewhat large PR

I've encountered the unicorn when attempting to load a relatively large PR. The PR itself is a small <1K LOC change, but there are about 300 comments. Github repeatedly returns the unicorn until I refresh enough times for it to actually successfully load the page.

The relevant PR is this one: oven-sh/bun#23710
I am located in SF and am on Firefox.

There are more issues with this PR specifically -- the "load more" button fails to actually load hidden comments.
