I use the Github Notifications page religiously now to stay on top of Pull Requests needing review.
It would help greatly if it supported being able to create a custom filter that used labels. So I could create a filter like label:important-review. This would allow team mates to focus first on important reviews, especially after coming back from a long vacation.
