Hi @arjunjeewan, The process can't be expedited, but don't worry. The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks. Once available, you can claim your To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you. Hi everyone,
I recently renewed my application to Github education, whose benefits I was actively using on a fellowship project. I submitted a renewal application because I was being prompted that my benefits were ending in a few days.
So, I reapplied hoping that I would seamlessly transition with the renewal and not lose my benefits (which were guaranteed to continue till October 15 right after submission) as my work is on a timeline due to upcoming conference deadlines.
My application got approved right away, however, the Student Developer Pack still says that my application is processing and I would be notified when my benefits become available, and I have lost my previously ongoing benefits in the meanwhile, which has led to a discontinuity in my progress. It has been 2 days since the application was submitted and approved (approval was quick).
Is there any way this can be expedited as I'm on an urgent timeline for my research fellowship? I understand that many others face similar issues but I just want to know if something can be done.
Thanks a lot!
