Error when reapplying

Hi everyone,

When reapplying for GitHub education benefits, I get this error:

It's says that I don't need to re verify even though my benefits have expired.
I'm using the Dated School ID option with the same documentation that I used the last time I applied.
Can someone help me figure out what's going on and what I have to do? Thanks!

Log out and log back into GitHub, or try submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Logout and login to your GitHub account plus the date of expiration for your previous plan may not have reached yet
