Hi everyone,

I have been applying for a GitHub Education account for 2 years. I've got a student ID that fits my billing name (of course, the information is true and accurate), and I took photos of myself with my student ID. However, my school had moved to a new address, and it has not been updated in the GitHub database. The feedback always demanded that I upload a translated version of my student card, but I can't upload an image in the application interface. What can I do?

To solve this, you have to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain the issue with your school's new address.

About the translation, I recommend you translate your academic proof to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet.
