Denied multiple times for no apparent reason

Hi everyone,

so im trying to apply for github education but i keep getting refused, i uploaded my proof of studying letter and even my ISIC since thats basically my school ID but for some reason i keep getting denied, i filled out my github billing information exactly as it is. What do i do to not get denied?

Hi @Sl4vikr,

You have to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript, then log out and log back in GitHub before reapplying.

Are you using a VPN? If so, recommend that you submit the application from home. If you live in the same city as your campus, you can submit it from there without any problems. Then, try logging out and logging back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.
