Hey @Abu-Ruhan-Mahamud GitHub Education requires that your document clearly shows your full name and current enrollment date on the same side of the image. If your ID has the date on the back, try using a transcript or an official enrollment letter instead, making sure it’s all visible in one photo. Hi everyone,
I've been trying to get into the developer pack recently, since I now have a verified student email with my university. For documents, I have opted for the transcript option. But it's not working, it's the same problem as before when I didn't have a mail and since Github doesn't do anymore manual screening or has a support of this, I'm stumped here. If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I also have a ID, but it's dated on the back and i can only take one picture of one side to send for verification.
