Hi everyone,
I am seeking advice on how to proceed with my student developer pack application. My application is consistently being auto-rejected, and I believe it's due to a situation the automated system cannot understand.
My Situation:
I am a transnational dual-degree master's student. My primary university is in Country A, while my partner university and current physical location are in Country B. This causes an IP/location mismatch that triggers the rejection.
The Proof I Have:
I possess an official document from my student portal from the university in Country A. This single document clearly shows my name in both English and the local language, my current enrollment status, and explicitly names my partner university in Country B. This document perfectly explains the location discrepancy.
Steps I Have Already Taken:
I have enabled 2FA. My GitHub profile name and billing information name exactly match the English name on my academic document. I am not using a VPN and have enabled location access.
The automated system seems unable to parse my comprehensive proof. The support page now indicates that individual manual reviews are no longer offered via support tickets and directs users here.
My question is: How can a student in a special situation like mine have their application reviewed? Is there a process to securely submit my documentation for a manual review by a staff member?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
