Issue Verifying Student Pack ( No Academic Email & Camera Option Missing)

Hi everyone,

don’t have an academic email, and the camera option doesn’t appear on my device. Please advise how I can verify my Student Pack...(I have an School enrollment letter) and everytime I Sign to the student pack it tells me "If your school provides an academic email, then please verify and use your academic email address. If your school does not provide an academic email address, then you must enable use of your device camera to capture your image."

Ensure camera access is turned on in your OS, in Windows 11, go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera, then enable it in your browser.

If the above doesn't work, try with another device such as a smartphone or another PC, if you still unable to continue, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
