Related to student developer pack

I have tried numerous times to get access to the student developer pack. It is always showing to set your name and last name same as GitHub billing information and to update my GitHub user profile exactly like my affiliation document. I have done every step. I think it is viewed by robot. In every discussion, it takes multiple days to check the application. For me it is getting revised - in few minutes. I hope my problem can be solved. I have tried multiple times already. And all my id proof is in ENGLISH. I have submitted my college id card and schedule for this trimester.

If you have filled in your billing information and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic proof, try logging out and logging back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
