Try another device (desktop > mobile) Make sure no VPN, extensions, or blockers are running Re-upload the file after logging out/in again I know it’s frustrating — it took me a few attempts, too. Hi @JamesX-hub, Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688 If none of the above works, you'll have to wait for a response from the Support Team. Be patient because it may take a while. |

Hi everyone,
As soon as I select my enrollment certificate (PNG, 889 KB) and click “Submit Application,” only a red triangle with an exclamation mark appears without any error message. My file and all fields are filled out correctly, yet I’m unable to submit the application.
These were the reasons listed for the previous rejection:
I have already addressed all of these points. Still, I am unable to submit my application.
Steps I’ve taken:
Proof Type:
• Dated Enrollment Letter with school letterhead
File Upload:
• PNG (under 10 MB), also tried JPEG
Browser & Device:
• Desktop: Chrome & Safari (regular + Incognito)
• Mobile: Safari & Chrome on iPhone (requested desktop site)
OS & Browser Permissions:
• iOS location services enabled system-wide, Safari set to “While Using”
• Location manually entered, as geolocation permission is already granted
Account Settings:
• 2FA enabled
• Full name and address added under Billing & Licensing
• University email verified under Settings → Emails
• Full name set in profile (matching document)
Session Reset:
• Multiple logouts/logins
• Cleared cache & cookies
Wait Time:
• Waited over 48 hours after the initial rejection
Despite all of this, the form consistently hangs at the submit stage. There is no feedback, no validation error, and no visible issue – only a red triangle icon. It appears to be a frontend (JavaScript) or backend issue.
I already opened a support ticket 4 days ago but haven’t received any response yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
