Hi @SwimmingLiu, This happens when multiple users block or report your friend's account at the same time. It is unlikely that you will be able to access account profile and repositories. |

Hi everyone, I recently had my GitHub account suspended. The reason was that I had multiple free accounts, which is against GitHub’s Terms of Service (only one free personal account is allowed). Here’s what happened: My main account got suspended and I couldn’t log in. I opened a support ticket via GitHub Support They listed all other accounts linked to me — even one I had created years ago and hadn’t touched since — and asked me to delete them. I deleted the extra accounts and confirmed it with support. After review, they restored my main account. The whole process took about 3 days. So if this happens to you: don’t panic. Just open a ticket, be polite, and be ready to close every extra account (even the old forgotten ones). That’s the only way to get your main account back. |

Hello GitHub Community,
My friend GitHub account (https://github.com/LibraHp/) was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or explanation, which has severely impacted our team work. We rely heavily on GitHub for our projects on the account of my friend, and the suspension of his account means that his repositories are no longer accessible.
Here are the steps I've taken so far:
Submitted a Support Ticket: I submitted a support ticket (#3345208) through GitHub's support page more than several weeks ago.

Incomplete solution: Unfortunately, we reviced only an email that make us reset his account password. Then we did it, and got the account back, only logging in this account. But we still can not use this URL(https://github.com/LibraHp/) to access this account profile (including all repositories in this account). Can you please tell us how can we do make this our account profile and our repositories be accessed.
Impact:
My friend and our team entire work have been suspended.
My friend repositories are inaccessible.
The lack of communication from GitHub has left me in the dark about the reason for the suspension.
Concerns:
There appears to be a pattern where many users experience sudden account suspensions without explanation.
It feels as though users on the free plan do not receive the same level of support as business users, which is disheartening.
Request:
I am urgently seeking assistance to understand the reason behind the suspension of my account.
